Upcoming Yoga Classes

Tuesday nights May 5 through June 30
5:30-6:30pm – A Gentle Introduction to Hatha Yoga
A class for all levels, abilities and ages.
7-8:30pm – Continuing Level Yin/Yang Yoga
A class for experienced students or those wishing to work at a faster pace.
Sundays 7-8:30 – Yin Yoga
A gentle, meditative practice for all levels
May 10, 17 and 24 and June 14 and 21.
NOTE: NO LEAVENWORTH CLASS JUNE 23rd!!
In Cashmere at the Riverside Center (www.cashmereriversidecenter.com):
Thursday nights May 7 through July 2:

In Plain
Mondays 8:30-9:30 – Ongoing class. No class April 27.

A class for experienced students or those wishing to work at a faster pace.

Class Prices:
One hour classes: $10 Drop-in
One and a half hour classes: $12 Drop in
If you would like to pay in advance for a full eight week series in Plain, Cashmere or Leavenworth, you get a discount!
One hour classes: $65
One and a half hour classes: $80
Although some props will be provided to borrow, please bring any props you have. A yoga mat, blocks, a strap and a firm foldable blanket and/or a towel or two can all be helpful.

If you are new to yoga, it is always best to check with your doctor or physical therapist (if you are working with one) prior to beginning a new physical activity.
