ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTORS

Ada Riley, at age 80, is a living testament to these combined practices. Ada began studying yoga and meditation at age 50 and teaching yoga in her mid-50s. At age 75, she came upon the Feldenkrais Method® and began a four-year certification program at age 75

Joanna Dunn has been teaching yoga since 2000. A yoga studio owner and co-director of a teacher training program, she mostly serves students ages 55 to 85 in weekly classes in Leavenworth and residential retreats in Washington State and internationally.
