Kaua’i Yoga Adventure with Joanna Dunn
November 10-17, 2018
Kaua’i, known as the garden island of Hawaii, is filled with emerald mountains, weeping waterfalls, red-rock canyons, jaw-dropping beaches, clear seas and big waves. Get away during the rainy season (at least in the cascade mountains) to sun, sand and surf.
We will start each day with sunrise meditation outside (weather permitting) watching the sun come up over the Pacific Ocean. Morning practice will enliven us with Joanna’s slow-paced, yet challenging vinyasa style. After breakfast, we will either head off for an adventure, hiking to a waterfall or to see a scenic beach, or we will stay put and enjoy the beach and pool at our hotel.
Lunch will either be in the hotel or out on our excursions. In the afternoon, we will gather again for a mellow yoga practice before dinner. Dinner will either be in the hotel or out in the nearby town of Kapaa.
