Nature's Haven: Experience the magic of Wallace Falls State Park right at your doorstep! Immerse yourself amongst the tall trees, ferns and moss with hiking and walking trails that will leave you breathless.

Yoga & Massage: Reignite your inner light with daily yoga and meditation sessions led by Joanna. You will also get to experience a nurturing and healing massage by Kelli Riddle, who will help you discover a deeper understanding of the tension you hold in your body.

Delicious Meals: Clean soups and meals will be provided by our chef Sam Switzer, whose love and knowledge of nutritional, healthy, organic food is truly exceptional. Our menu is thoughtfully designed to cater to various dietary preferences.

Early Bird Rates (Until September 1, 2024): Book your spot early and save! Early bird rates offer the best value for your retreat experience. Prices will increase by $150 after the early bird deadline.

*If you plan to join us Thursday evening, meals will be provided beginning with Thursday dinner at 6:30pm. For those arriving Friday, please plan to arrive between 3 and 4pm.

Tentative Schedule and Menu (For those arriving Thursday, dinner will be served at 6:30pm. Yoga and meditation will be offered Friday morning.)

Friday

Please arrive between 3 and 4pm.

8:30 pm - 9:15 pm Yoga Nidra/Restorative Yoga

*Two massage appointments will be available Friday evening

Saturday

Hot Water with Lemon to start the day

7:00 am - 7:30 am Morning Meditation

7:45 am - 8:45 am Breakfast - Coffee and tea will be available through the day.

9:30 am - 10:45 am Movement Class

*Six Massage appointments will be available throughout the day. When not in class or receiving massage, suggestions are to go for a slow walk, journal, read, or take a nap. All are encouraged to stay off devices and to unplug as much as possible.
