Each session, we introduce concepts and meditation techniques to help you either sustain or progress your existing practice or to help you start a new practice. 

In addition to each session, Kelli and Joanna offer a recorded Q&A.

Third Session with Joanna  |  Five Hindrances - obstacles in your path

Fourth Session with Kelli  |  Box Breath and Kosha Meditation 

Fifth Session with Joanna | Mindfulness Meditation and RAIN - Meditation and Emotions

Sixth Session with Kelli - Tools to enhance your meditation practice: malas, herbs, oils and resins

Seventh Session with Joanna  |  Body sensation as object - Vipassana and Yoga Nidra Body Scan

Eighth and Final Session with Joanna and Kelli  |  Maintaining and sustaining your practice over time

 

There is bonus material provided in each Q&A session on topics ranging from how to sit comfortably, neuroscience, working with emotions, using visual sources as meditation and more!
