Yoga & Meditation:

Contemplative Retreat

Trout Lake

Washington

May 21 - 25, 2025

A special retreat for those needing deep rest and time for quiet reflection in the support of community.

🌿 Retreat Details:

Dates: Join us Wednesday, May 21 through Sunday, May 25

Location: Trout Lake Abbey

Located in the shadow of Mount Adams, Trout Lake Abbey is a unique retreat center established as a collaboration by two friends with deep spiritual traditions - one Buddhist and the other Druid. For 18 years, spiritual seekers have followed these two friends in retreating on this precious land. We will gather for a few days together to enjoy basking in the quiet valley, walking the labyrinth and contemplating the many faces of Buddha that inhabit the Abbey.

Why Choose Our Yoga & Meditation Contemplative Retreat?

Our time together will be contemplative in nature but we will also have time for community connection, journaling, moving, laughing, and eating healing foods prepared by our dear caterer, Sam Switzer. Bring a good book, a craft project, puzzle or other quiet activity. Also bring an open mind and heart.

Limited to 15 participants.

Partial Scholarships available. Please inquire by emailing Joanna.

Sliding scale pricing is meant to make this retreat more financially accessible to those for whom funds are limited. If you have the means to do so, please consider paying the higher price in order to support others in their retreat.
