Creating Change in Your Life
For the last several years, I have offered my Yoga of Change workshop in January to assist those wanting to set goals or make change in the new year. Often, we make “New Year’s Resolutions” and start off our new year with a bang, driven to create some change in our lives. Yet, even by the end of January, we’ve gone back to old habits and ways of being. (And by the way, I say “we” because I’m including myself!)
What happens? How can we create lasting, intentional change in our lives?
Based in part on the work of Kelly McGonigal, Kristen Neff and Chris Germer, I created this worksheet to help my students have a better chance of creating lasting change in their lives.
